Ta.Garden sits on Cam Nam Island — the peaceful, lesser-known twin of Hội An's Ancient Town. Separated from the old city by a narrow river crossing, it's a ten-minute walk or bike ride to lantern-lit streets, yet feels a world away from the tourist bustle.

This three-storey home was designed with intention: carved wood banisters, handmade silk lanterns, a living staircase garden, and curated rooms that feel like a private sanctuary rather than a rental. Each space has its own identity, its own light, its own quiet.

Monthly tenants share a thoughtfully designed common living area while enjoying fully private bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It is a home — not a hostel.

Is the WiFi fast enough for remote work?

Yes — high-speed fibre WiFi is included in the rent and runs throughout the whole home. It's been reliably used for video calls, design work, and large file uploads. You can test it yourself on arrival before committing to your stay.

What's the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is one month (30 days). Ta.Garden is designed for people who want to actually settle in — to get to know the neighbourhood, find a favourite café, and feel genuinely at home.

Can I extend my stay once I'm here?

Absolutely — most guests do. Just let us know at least two weeks before your current agreement ends and we'll confirm availability. Long-term stays (3+ months) are especially welcomed and we're happy to discuss adjusted terms.

What's included in the monthly rent?

Your room, hotel-quality linens and towels, high-speed WiFi, water utilities, access to all shared spaces (living room, kitchen, garden), yoga mats, meditation space, and the communal tea station. Electricity is metered separately and billed by usage — you only pay for what you use.

Is it quiet enough for focused work and writing?

This is something guests mention most. Cam Nam Island moves at a gentle pace — no tourist crowds, no blaring music. The home itself has a house guideline of no noise after 10pm, and the residents who choose Ta.Garden tend to be conscious, low-key people. It's a genuinely calm place to think.

How do I secure a room?

Send an enquiry below and we'll respond within 24 hours. To secure your room, a refundable security deposit (50% of one month's rent) is due within 72 hours of confirmation — this holds your dates. Your first month's rent is then due before move-in. The security deposit is fully returned at checkout.

What are the local food and transport options like?

Cam Nam has a small morning market, neighbourhood phở shops, and a handful of excellent local cafés — all within a 5-minute walk or cycle. A bicycle is the best way to get around and can be arranged. The Ancient Town, beaches, and Đà Nẵng airport are all easily accessible.

Can I receive guests or visitors?

Yes, with prior notice to the host. Overnight guests should be mentioned in advance out of respect for other residents. The home is a shared space and the vibe matters — so we ask for a little care around this. Day visitors are generally no issue at all.

Move In & Stay

Monthly rent is due one month from your move-in date, recurring on the same date each month. Your security deposit is returned in full at checkout.
